Life without Jesus is full of crisis and problems but, Jesus is the solution to all the problems of life. He is the saviour and the hope of the world. Have you given your life to Jesus? If no, now is the time to believe and accept Him as your personal Lord and saviour and you will start enjoying the divine peace from God.

TAKE A GIANT STEP

Welcome to miracles signs and wonders. Without a doubt Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever. By His prophetic annointing God is saying to you that now is the time for you to take giant steps.Hear me until you take a step, you can not beat the giants. In fact only people that take giant steps become the giants of our time. They become the Trojans of our faith. They move from tears to testimonies. I see you taking your position as a faith giant of our time!

But what is a giant step? It is a step beyond the ordinary. It is the kind of step that brings the oppressed into the realm of deliverance. Extra ordinary sufferings call for extra ordinary steps. Desperate times calls needs people that can take desperate steps.

Are you suffering from any condition? Then it is your time to take steps that will secure your victory. In Mark 5: 21-34, a woman had running blood condition for 12 years! Imagine having your blood to keep flowing wastefully for 12 years! And doctors couldn’t help her, rather they complicated it the more! No matter where she went, a stench of decaying blood followed her. The devil had reduced her humanity to vegetables. Yet in this condition the woman knew she must act desperately. Making it worse, the only person that had the ears of Jesus was a big time synagogue ruler who knew how to pull ropes of contact! But she was an ordinary woman ready to take an extraordinary step. But wait a minute there was still another obstacle! The Crowd! No way for her to get a hand touch from the master. Yet this woman wouldn’t be stopped.

She made up a plan to take a desperate step. And what was it? Grab the coat of the Master from behind! That is all! It was a simple step yet powerful! What constituted its power? She acted on her belief that Jesus coat contains enough power and glory to heal her. Remember until that time nobody (at least not written) had connected with Jesus power through His clothes. Only a desperate person who wouldn’t be denied could have thought of that.

But according to my imagination, she might have had more compelling reasons for taking this step? The bible says in verse 27 of Mark 5:‘When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment’. She used the backside! Even if she had the contact, she would have found it difficult to tell the Lord what she needed before the multitudes. There are some prayer requests that are elegant which one may be bold tell the pastor or the intercessors. Other times, certain tough trials may need prayers that one can only utter in the secret because of shame! For example, how could this woman open her mouth that she has running blood for 12 years? It is absolutely shameful. No wonder, her problem was referred to as a plague! As a Pastor I know there are certain kinds of challenges that can only be handled after the church service when all the people with ordinary challenges are gone, and it remained those with extraordinary trials. If you have extraordinary challenges, hope is not lost! This is your season.

So she made her way from behind. She shuffled and pushed her way through the throngs of people. And it seemed her plan would not see the light of the day. The crowd was too thick, and her strength was too weak given her health. Would she be able to get close enough just for one grip? A demon might have showed up and whispered into her heart even in that noisy atmosphere: ‘You will never be able to get close enough’.

But she knew and the devil knew it too, that just that one contact with Jesus and her problem would be over. She was aware aborting this step might mean no end to her 12 years of sufferings. So she kept edging forward, and stretching her hand. And suddenly, her hand hit the right dress, it was that of Jesus! The result was that ‘… straight away the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague’.

Glory to God! What a joy to know that we serve a God that never fails and that our faith works. Her step gave her the victory! She believed and then she acted! Big faith inspires big steps. Faith is Fake until you take a step. James 2:17 says ‘… faith, if it hath not works, is dead…’. Where is your faith this hour? Let your steps speak for your faith. Take some steps, push some doors and you will see your tears turning to testimonies. He has promised to save and He will save us. If you will take a step of faith this month, shout to yourself ‘I am ready’!
